Community Relationships
Our executive team believes in lead by example. Each of them has built strong community relationships by being active in community boards, volunteering time with local charities and giving back in any way possible.
At Midnight Janitorial we asked our employee what was the major road block to their being more involved with their community. The answer was lack of time, you see they were so busy working to pay their bills there was little time for anything else. We came up with a policy to pay our employees up to 4 hours a month to volunteer for the charity of their choice and we will pay them for their time.
