In 2008 Midnight Janitorial was invited to apply for the Rochester Business Ethics Award. The Rochester Business Ethics Award (RBEA) is a regional annual award program that recognizes local companies that exemplify high standards of ethical behavior in their everyday business practices and in response to crises or challenges.

In 2009 we would go on to be honored at the American (National) Ethics award in Arizona. There are only two other companies to win this high honor from Rochester, one receiving and honorable mention the other wining in the Mid-Size company category.
