Networking is a skill that when done well, can lead to great things in your professional and your personal life. The question is, how do you become a good networker? For starters, when you set out to network, make sure you are prepared. You can make a list of clients, or businesses that you would like to speak with. This list will help you stay on track and focused. When someone asks you who your ideal client is, you can refer to your list.
Everyone from seasoned professionals to new workers will benefit from the easy to use tips Sandy Sloane will share based on her 3 decades of effective networking. Sandy’s Networking Effectively program was so successful for the 250 sales reps she mentored when she was the Regional Marketing Manager for the state of Florida for Comcast Communications, that the corporate office rolled it out to the rest of the country through Comcast University. During this interactive 2 hour session, Sandy will give you some practical techniques that you, too, can use to help you network your way to new adventures! Sandy Sloane has lived in Rochester for less than 6 months but already has several clients in her special events/field marketing company “Solutions by Sloane” . Learn how networking helped her and how it can help you, too!
