Part I Building Your Personal Brand will be held on Wednesday, April 10th from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. The speakers will be Barbara Moore – Owner of Net Results and

Lynn Sullivan – Chief Financial Officer of Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.This panel will feature advice from network savvy professionals who can share strategies and tactics for building, managing and articulating your personal brand. Learn how the speakers have managed to create strong, positive reputations and what you can do to build a more effective network. In addition, learn about how and when to use technology and social media to promote your work and better manage your brand, and the difference between adding value versus adding noise.

Part II Managing Critical Conversations will be held on Wednesday, May 15th

from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. The speakers will be BJ Mann Founder & President of BJ Mediation Services, Kit Miller Director of M.K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence and Connie Walker, Esq., Board Chair of Monroe County Bar Association. This expert panel will share their proven strategies and advice for how to manage critical conversations. From asking for a raise, providing ‘critical feedback’ for employees, managing tense meetings to negotiating with vendors and more, attendees will learn how to effectively get their point across. Speakers will share tips for maintaining composure, communicating with confidence and focusing on the desired end result to improve our ability to manage tough, yet necessary, talks.

Part III Designing Your Future will be held on Wednesday, June 5th from 8:00 -10:00 a.m. The speakers will be Rose Marie Fagan of Lifespan, Kathleen Moore – Owner & Chief Artist of CastleView3D Architectural Renderings and Miranda Wilcox – Founder & CEO of Thrive. Three enterprising speakers will share lessons learned while charting successful and varied career paths. Hear how they have overcome challenges, sought out and welcomed new opportunities, and navigated the work-life choices we all face. Participants will leave with strategies to manage careers with more intention, and the ideas, inspiration and motivation needed to answer the question “what next?”Series pricing for Rochester Women Network members is $75 and for  nonmembers is $120.  If you are not able to attend all three dates consider registering for individual events.
